Man that's just a wrestling cement mixer. The counter is to try and do a sit out in the opposite direction, or better yet, don't shoot with your head down.

@negrete73 new to the sport, but from what I understand, the victim generally tries tries to unwind the choke by rotating the opposite way as the choker. Defend the choke the same way as any other, pushing the elbow lock up over ones head, and trying to get off your back by twisting and getting onto your knees.
